Job Description

• Main Objective: We are looking for an IT Service Management Specialist who enjoys working in a technically challenging environment and as part of a team. • Main responsibilities: -Innovate and adapt the principles and practices of IT Service Management across multiple frameworks in an evolving organization with rapidly changing/uneven maturity levels -Build/Develop/Drive service operations strategy and Deliver IT Services Management (ITSM) solutions based on ITIL best practices and ISO 20000 -Promote service operations strategy, Define and execute the IT Service Management Strategy and establish, mature and optimize ITS Service Management discipline -Develop, implement, maintain Change Management Process and work as change manager and change auditor -Develop, implement, maintain and continual service improvement of policies and procedures for Service Management processes and define key performance indicators to ensure that systems, process and methodologies as specified are followed -Align with various IT teams to develop the strategy for service operations -Lead governance of service operations to develop and maintain standards -Develop requirements based on standards -Manage flow of continual process improvement for service operations -Cooperate with all service management members, technical supports, team leaders, managers and cooperating with them to address issues -Gather information from disparate sources to identify trends/gaps and build solutions -ISO 27001:2013 Foundation, ISO 27001:2013 Internal Audit and Security+/SSCP, ITIL Foundation, COBIT Foundation Certifications are considered as a plus *Full Time position

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related business discipline -5+ years minimum business/IT experience / 3+years of experience performing similar responsibilities -Familiarity with ITSM Tools -Familiarity with ITSM processes and IT operations -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Demonstrated ability to work in a high paced collaborative environment -Familiar with ISO 27000 series ITIL, COBIT, CCNA, CCNP and IT Service Management Tools -ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage -Hands-on team working experience -Familiarity with Network infrastructure and Linux Environment
