Responsible for the delivery of agreed work products, resources, expertise, and guidance in order to deliver the following:
Manage service incidents and resolutions.
Manage service problems and resolutions.
Manage service requests and fulfillment.
IT security management and execution of agreed plans.
Execute ongoing service improvement plans.
IT supplier management for renewing contracts, and controlling the service levels to ensure services are delivered at the agreed level.
Financial management including managing service catalog and annual CAPEX refresh budgets and control to ensure forecasts are met.
Monitor the spending plan and actualization of the budget to capture possible saving opportunities.
Manage IT service desk, call monitoring, and escalations to ensure staff uses agreed global, standardized IT Service Management processes.
Manage IT assets records to ensure the assets database is live and reliable.
Manage IT service configuration to ensure systems configuration is compliant and secure.
Manage the security penetration test of network, infrastructure, and services.
Manage IT changes to ensure all standard changes are controlled and approved by CAB.
Manage IT service continuity and disaster recovery processes including planning, testing, and documentation.
Implement appropriate risk management processes and take appropriate and timely risk responses.
Ensure resolution of issues impacting business performance and continually improve IT service or application.
Manage the application infrastructure support of systems.
Negotiate, agree, and manage operational plans, service level agreements, and budgets and monitor implementation to ensure targets are met.
Provide guidance to businesses in terms of information technology innovation and means of exploitation by assessing future technologies that will enhance business performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related position.
At least 3 years of experience as an IT manager in an FMCG company.
Experience in people management.
Capability to take complex security concepts and presents the idea.
