Job Description

- Check and analyzes tickets that are registered in the GLPI Helpdesk site by distributors. - Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction. - Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software. - Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software - Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.

Requirements

- Fluent in English - Bachelor / Master in computer science - Minimum 3 years of related experience in a foreign companies - Excellent technical knowledge of desktop PC and laptop hardware and Microsoft OS - Strong teamwork skills, creative and active
