Job Description

Employee This job is responsible for planning and monitoring the strategy of the IT department. The purpose of this job is to properly plan solutions and control the effectiveness and achievement of strategic goals by the strategic indicators set in the IT department. Job responsibilities: - Continuous monitoring, review and screening of various IT projects in order to ensure the compliance and alignment of projects with solutions through PMO - Carrying out matters related to the prioritization of IT projects in the OPM system in accordance with the defined criteria; - Review and evaluate the needs and priorities of current or future IT customers (different parts of the organization) by communicating with them, conducting surveys and other methods; - Doing things related to defining projects related to solutions / portfolios - Prepare and compile performance reports in order to reflect the status and progress of IT solutions / portfolios and achieve the set goals; - Preparing and compiling indicators of progress and quality of solutions / portfolios and reviewing their implementation process in accordance with these indicators, identifying problems and pursuing their elimination, and preparing and presenting relevant reports; - Establish and use standard solutions for solutions / portfolios, standards for resource allocation, programs and reporting to ensure the existence of a structure or standard for quality project / solution / portfolios in accordance with work standards and contract requirements; - Take the necessary measures to ensure the allocation of appropriate resources to solutions / portfolios, coordination and monitoring of resources related to solutions / portfolios; - Conduct analytical studies to identify and define risks, barriers, problems and deterrents of solutions / portfolios, provide solutions to respond to risks, inform management before potential problems occur and help senior managers make decisions;
