Organized and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of IT Operation & Network support activity is carried out in an efficient and procedural compliant manner. Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
