Job Description
Job Purpose:
Plan, lead and organize IT processes and people in order to develop, implement and maintain company IT assets and exploit information technology capabilities for business ennoblement
Main Duties
- Design and develop information and telecommunication solutions and systems align with business needs, strategies and policies
- Provide solutions integrating digital marketing, eCommerce, product management, sales ennoblement, and customer service
- Build, establish, direct and evaluate the activities of IT staff
- Oversee all operational aspects of IT including Help desk processes, Enterprise Resource Planning/Information Systems, eCommerce platform, networking and telecommunications infrastructures, data center(s), information security, outsourced and contracted services
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, backup and recovery policies and technical documentation procedures for all IT services to avoid business disruption in an emergency situation
- Manages complex technical projects and issues
- Foster a technology culture throughout the organization
