Job Description

• Managing all system back-up and restore procedures. • Supporting administration of large group of servers. • Performing troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems. • Monitoring system performance and implements performance tuning. • Managing user accounts, permissions, email, Anti-virus, anti-spam. • Install, upgrade, and configure directory structures, user access, security, software, and file services. • Disaster recovery all network services and devices. • Assist enterprise software (Active Directory, e-mail, data backup, anti-virus, network, accounts). • Perform network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems. • Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation. • Supervise overall IT/Telecommunication establishment and maintenance • Propose IT management regulations and rules • Manage IT inventory • Plan and allocate the work for team members
