Job Description
-Responsible for Windows software installation and removal of software -Managing computer hardware, assembly systems, replacement parts and Diagnosis of hardware flaws -Managing domain and Determine the level of access -Create folders with granting access -Responsible for printers and share this. Carry out repairs for printers in terms of software and hardware -Experience working with Hamkaran system and vision -Good knowledge of distribution system and its needs -Managing the servers and back up -Managing the CRM system -Good knowledge of outlook and internal Automation systems -Keeping the privacy of the systems up-to-date -Analyzing the Gaps in Monitoring and Operation -Handling development tasks -Supporting 1st line team 24/7
Requirements
-Over 5 years of recent experience -At least bachelor's degree in Computer Science -Self-Motivated person -Dominate support and principles help desk -Having good social skills to communicate with other members and team work -Highly flexible, high tolerance and ability to good work -Knowing the file sharing and have enough experience in file sharing -Familiarity with Antivirus solutions -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 40
