Job Description

BAT PARS IS LOOKING FOR AN IT Helpdesk LOCATION: Eshtehard (Alborz Province) ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES: As an IT Help Desk, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within the factory in terms of network, hardware, and computer systems. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR: ● Allocation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in BAT Pars factory. ● Handle support requests and procedures across the network. ● Establish strong work relationships with BAT Pars staff, external suppliers, and business partners. ● Ensure compliance with IT strategy and standards as applicable to BAT Pars. ● Installation and troubleshooting of devices such as printers, scanners & production line IT devices.

Requirements

● 1+ years of experience as IT Service Desk/HelpDesk. ● Full knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. ● Basic knowledge of Active Directory Domain and Network+. ● Familiar with Passive Network (Server room facilities, trunks, cabling, modules, and installation and arrangement of shelves). ● Service management, project management, and inventory management skills. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in Persian and English. ● Ability to work, prioritize and make decisions independently in a fast-paced production environment. ● Being on-call to handle emergency issues of the factory remotely or on-site.
