Job Description
- Administration of Active Directory and other services like DNS & DHCP services.
-Administration of firewall (Cyberoam).
-Administration of Mikrotik router.
-Administration of Antivirus.
- Administration of Servers (physical and Virtual).
- Administration of Voip system & Ip Phones.
- Administration of Network and Hardware devices (install and setup new stations, Printers, Scanners, and other devices).
- Administration of Mail Servers (Microsoft Exchange and Mdaemon).
- Internal and external network monitoring and analysis.
- Network, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Planning and managing the installation, configuration, and tuning of storage and backup hardware and software.
-Familiar with monitoring systems. (Solarwinds and PRTG)
- Periodic Control of stations, network devices, and servers for Detection faults and Troubleshooting.
- Tracking problems and solving them in the least possible time.
- Training users about computers, systems, and services.
