Job Description
-Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows services and supervising hardware installations
-Installing, testing and configuring new workstations, related Equipment and software
-Managing PC setup and deployment for new employees
-Assist enterprise software (Active Directory, e-mail, anti-virus, network, accounts)
-Managing user accounts, permissions, email and Anti-virus
-Assigning users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
-Performing timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
-Maintaining documentation, such as; network diagrams, typologies, computers assets
-Managing all system back-up and restore systems
