Job Description

We would like to get to know you If you can help us: ● Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction. ● Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required. ● Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software. ● Resolve hardware and network issues.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. ● 1 to 3 years of experience as a help desk expert. ● Able to follow documented standard procedures. ● Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. ● Good and friendly personality. ● Honest, and hardworking. ● Ability to communicate at all levels. ● Ability to learn new skills. ● Responsibility, and flexibility. ● Teamwork, and time management skills. ● Knowledge of English.
