- Troubleshooting PCs, network issues and VOIP
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks, in-house and cloud servers include VMware and corporate solutions such as Zoho
- Participate in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, building, and testing, including network performance, security, anti-virus, intrusion, web usage/monitoring, design, and acquisition of servers
- Install, modify, enhance, test, and implement standard configurations for the deployment of workstations, servers, (both Virtual and physical), and other network components and client software
- Provide on-site network support for divisional offices and remote hearing locations
- Resolve problems reported by end users
- Ability to establish effective communication between IT units and customers
- Supporting the PM activities for general IT devices
