Job Description

• Responding to queries via email or phone • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems • Diagnosing system errors and other issues • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues • Ability to work remotely to solve users' problems • Installing or changing software and Hardware to fix issues • Periodic inspection of computer devices and equipment of users to ensure the accuracy of their function. • Coordinate in the installation and implementation of the closed-circuit cameras in terms of software and hardware and support to solve the user interface problem.
