Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for a fresh graduate Computer Engineer to troubleshoot, install, configure and support our websites, network and computers. •Main Responsibilities: -Identify and solve hardware and software problems on computer systems -Responding to users calls and meeting the raised requests or troubleshoot the related issues (issues are mostly related to computer OS, applications, hardware or connectivity) -Periodically visit the company's computer systems and submit reports -Optimize Website’s content -Prepare reports of websites status

Requirements

-Interested in learning new different fields of IT subjects -The dominance of topics A+ or Network+ -Familiarity with Microsoft services such as DNS،DHCP,MCSE and CCNA and VMware Esxi is an advantage -High communication skills -Be Patient -Responsible, organized, welcoming, with high team-work sprit -Follow up until you get the desired result -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 22 - 35
