Job Description

- Objective of the role: An IT manager is someone who is responsible for the overall performance of a company's electronic networks and leads the IT department in fulfilling the organization’s information systems requirements. - List of responsibilities: Focusing on a company's in-house computer networks may involve selecting the hardware and software that is needed for the network, updating internal servers, or looking at other electronic support systems that can improve worker's productivity. - Identifying and procuring the hardware and software needed to satisfy user requirements. - Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications - Assisting in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users’ requirements - Coordinating activities with network services and information systems groups - Referring major hardware problems to service personnel for correction - Administering e-mail and anti-virus systems. - Handling Network security (creating the necessary backups). - Assisting in research and procurement of computer accessories and supplies. - Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. - Bug fixing, training and providing solutions to system software users - Backing up all financial and administrative databases and adjusting and reviewing backup and tuning jobs - Participation and representation by the company in the development of new software in dealing with the contractor company . - Setting up and monitoring the configuration and basic information of financial and administrative systems.
