Job Description

- Office and Factory Servers administration and keeping a reliable and secure connection - Website Administration - Configure, Analyze and design organizational procedures. - Implement and develop software systems - Build new sub-systems using the latest platform technologies and install, and upgrade, as necessary, new and existing software and hardware. - Properly prioritize, coordinate, and escalate unresolved issues to other support tiers - Diagnose and correct problems with computer software and hardware. - CCTV configuration, administration a modification - Maintenance of the office and factory computers - Making sure the office and factory electronic equipment are in reliable working conditions and performing required maintenance and services - Identifying and procuring the hardware and software needed to satisfy user requirements. - Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications. - Coordinating activities with network services and information systems groups. - Administering e-mail and anti-virus systems. - Handling Network security (creating the necessary backups). - Control over user permissions in system software - Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults in a timely and accurate fashion - Bug fixing, training and providing solutions to system software users - Backing up all financial and administrative databases and adjusting and reviewing backup and tuning jobs - Setting up and monitoring the configuration and basic information of financial and administrative systems
