Requirements

-M.S. in management, IT engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience -Minimum of 3 years of IT experience -Aptitude for teamwork -Ability to perform professional researches in the IT related domains -Ability to compile documents related to IT -Ability of providing organizational reports and documentation -In-depth knowledge of developing processes related to IT service management -In-depth knowledge of analyzing and designing business processes -Familiar with standards and frameworks of IT management -Proficiency in following items has positive point: •COBIT5 Framework, COBIT5 Foundation, COBIT5 Enabling Processes •COBIT 2019 Framework, COBIT 2019 governance and management objectives •ITIL Foundation V3, ITIL Foundation V4 -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 35 years old -Highly proficient in spoken and written English
