Job Description

• IT Expert is responsible to manage day-to-day end user support related to any IT tools as the first point of escalation for IT infrastructure issues. • Provide on time, support desk functions upon requests of personnel based on priority • Troubleshooting any software/hardware problems related to the user computers or shared devices like printers, scanners, network adapters, fax machines etc. • Regular check of racks, UPS, internet, LANs and WANs and any IT equipment • Proficient in communication equipment

Requirements

• Education: B.S on IT or related Computer (or higher) • Expert in Network+, CCNA & Mikrotik Routers • Minimum 3 years of experience • Good troubleshooting • IT experience with desktop user support
