Job Description

-Provide technical assistance and support for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. -Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. -Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. -Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. -Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN). -Resolve basic LAN physical problem. -Install computer peripherals for users. -Support the following technologies: Microsoft Office products, Internet Explorer, Windows 7, desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers/Printers, NIC's, basic LAN connectivity, IP Phone, Mail system, and others as assigned. -Maintain inventory of all equipment, Hardware, software and software licenses in office and warehouse -Configure Desk and Wireless IP Phone -Monitor and diagnostic security cameras connected to the system -Monitor and diagnostic Printers -Store, Manage, Tag and track all IT equipment and assets in office or warehouse -Troubleshoot and Resolve related problems -Managing the website of the company -Working hours 9 am to 6 pm -Colleagues are not able to use their personal mobile at work but our company would provide a mobile to new colleagues


-BS in any IT related filed or Software / Hardware Engineering -Network+ and MCSE certified -Working knowledge in English -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office -Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, File Server, Print Server) -Having Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years -Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and presentation skills, and positive attitude. -Ability to work independently and in a team environment. -Ability to communicate well with internal and external contacts. -Demonstrates empathy with users and professionalism at all times -Ability to install firewalls and anti-hacking programs -Ideal Age: 25-35
