Job Description
-Provide technical assistance and support for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
-Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
-Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
-Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
-Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN).
-Resolve basic LAN physical problem.
-Install computer peripherals for users.
-Support the following technologies: Microsoft Office products, Internet Explorer, Windows 7, desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers/Printers, NIC's, basic LAN connectivity, IP Phone, Mail system, and others as assigned.
-Maintain inventory of all equipment, Hardware, software and software licenses in office and warehouse
-Configure Desk and Wireless IP Phone
-Monitor and diagnostic security cameras connected to the system
-Monitor and diagnostic Printers
-Store, Manage, Tag and track all IT equipment and assets in office or warehouse
-Troubleshoot and Resolve related problems
-Managing the website of the company
-Working hours 9 am to 6 pm
-Colleagues are not able to use their personal mobile at work but our company would provide a mobile to new colleagues
