Job Description

● Responding to queries via email or phone. ● Providing technical assistance for questions and problems. ● Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems. ● Diagnosing system errors and other issues. ● Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues. ● Working remotely to solve users' problems. ● Installing or changing software and hardware to fix issues. ● Periodic inspection of computer devices and equipment of users to ensure the accuracy of their function. ● Coordinating the installation and implementation of the closed-circuit cameras in terms of software and hardware and support to solve the user interface problem.
