Job Description

-Responsible to provide first level contact/technical assistance and support via telephone, email or in person For technology issues, service requests related to computer systems, hardware or software -Support, maintenance and trouble-shooting of Servers, Services and network including Firewall, Switch and Router, Esx hypervisor, Mail server, Access point, IP Camera, Telephone Central -Managing domain and Determine the level of access -Actively participate in creating policies and procedures and train users according to policies -Maintenance and improvement of data security and daily performance of computer systems

Requirements

- B.S. Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related Fields - Having 3 years’ experiences - Being certified in MCITP or MCSE is a plus point - Knowledge in the network for identifying the causes of networking problems - Having the ability to analyze problems accurately and provide the right solutions - Having the ability to learn new technologies - Having strong communication skills - Being good in English reading and writing skills
