Job Description
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware, and basic network errors and provide technical support; - Training end-users on how to set up and use organization software and new technologies; - Performing installation, configuration, and upgrading PC software and operating systems; - Maintenance of computer hardware, such as monitor, keyboards, printers and etc.; - Providing technical support over the phone or web; - Administration of the Antivirus Server; - Log IT assets; - Preparing activity reports and solutions; - Log all help desk interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field - At least 4 years' experience as IT Technician - Microsoft services: Ability to Manage Microsoft services such as Active directory, DHCP, DNS, RDapp - Virtualization: Ability to Manage Virtualization services with ESXi and VCenter services - Exchange server: Administering Exchange Server and Skype for business - Good knowledge of TCP/ IP
