Job Description
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction - Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk - Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process based on priority - Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation - Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstations - Assist with onboarding of new users - Install and ensure proper installation of network cables, nodes, connections etc. - Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software - Maintain inventory of all equipment, hardware, spare parts and software licenses - Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software - Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master in computer science, Soft Engineering - Fluency: MCSE, CCNA - Minimum 3 years of related experience - Good Communications skills - Excellent Technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware and Windows operating systems - Based in Firuzkuh - Shiva manufacturing company (SHIBA)
