Job Description
● Supervise the day-to-day operations of business applications to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
● Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Savola and business applications department requirements, policies and standards.
● Develop new reports from business applications (Oracle, sales buzz, etc.).
● Modify existing reports in (Oracle, sales buzz, etc).
● Develop alerts to be sent to business users (control, data, and dashboards)
● Solve the problems of users from different function tasks which the line manager assigns.
● Enhance and improve current systems | Implement new features, and modules.
● Determine critical problems based on priority.
● Support users related to issues on PDA (application part)
● Monitor, problem solve, and follow the case related to some legacy systems such as SOTI, SMS, SharePoint, timekeeping, etc.
● Research, develop, and support tasks that which line manager or function head assigns
