Job Description

As IT Automation Engineer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining process control systems on site in compliance with Novo Nordisk standards and regulatory requirements along with supporting assembly and packaging processes with professional knowledge and sustaining Quality Management Systems requirements. In addition to this, your responsibilities would include: - Assist in development of documentation, specifications, and standards for equipment at operational stage in compliance with Novo Nordisk standards. - Maintain design documentation of equipment to Novo Nordisk standards - Ensure necessary URS created, changed and approved in time - Support qualification, validation, and execute re validation of the equipment - Participate in development and review of SOPs in the area. Ensure that SOPs are developed in a simple way and are based in accordance with company requirements and procedures - Prepare training plans, train and sufficiently document training in regards own responsibility area - Prepare and execute plan for fast ramp up - Ensure that equipment operates at optimal performance levels - Participate in development and implementation of maintenance strategy for equipment - Maintain and provide failure mode analysis and participate in our global user groups in order to coordinate performance improvements of equipment - Maintain quality and agile mindset in the work package. - Handle non-conformists through the whole investigation cycle including identification and track of incidents, do necessary risk assessment and implementation of corrective/preventive actions and effectiveness check - Follow Systematic Problem solving approach (SPS way) of handling non-conformists and enforce SPS way in the department; - Manage changes through the whole investigation cycle, including identification and track of changes, necessary risk assessment, actions implementation and effectiveness check Look forward to a job in an international organization that has great ambitions, challenging tasks, diversity throughout and plenty of opportunities for you to realize your full potential and professional ambitions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have an engineering degree with 5 to 8 years engineering experience in process based manufacturing, utility, and/or packaging systems in a GMP environment and should have knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Oracle, MS SQL, Pascal, C++. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will need an open mindset who can work independently and as a team player with a strong focus on results. Further to this, you should have good communication skills with the ability to establish good relationship with local and global team. You must be fluent in English, both written and oral.
