Objective of the role:
To support and maintain QAD ERP (QAD Software of Enterprise Resource Planning) system and other software systems as per need, coordinate well with all QA users and analyze the system problems and provide instructions for solving them.
List of responsibilities:
● Analysis and design of business requirements.
● Develop reports and support business where necessary.
● Carry out matters related to application issues and correcting the problems accordingly.
● Coordinate with users to analyze their application needs and provide software solutions.
● Assist line manager to support routine tasks and projects.
● Responsible to provide training to end-users.
● Involve UAT with business users.
● Ensure ITSM tickets are resolved in an orderly time-frame.
Requirements
● At least 4-5 years of experience in related fields.
● Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
● Be proficient with IT technology, especially software applications, and good knowledge of ERP, SQL Server & 4GL languages.
● Able to design process flow by using Visio Software.
● Good working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel.
