Job Description

*** THIS ROLE IS LOCATED IN KAVEH INDUSTRIAL CITY ((( SAVEH FACTORY ))) *** Objective of the role: To support and maintain QAD ERP (QAD Software of Enterprise Resource Planning) system and other software systems as per need, coordinate well with all QA users and analyze the system problems and provide instructions for solving them. List of responsibilities: • Analysis and design of business requirements • Develop reports and support business where necessary • Carrying out matters related to application issues and correcting the problems accordingly • Coordinate with users to analyze their application needs and provide software solutions • Assisting line manager to support routine tasks and projects • Responsible to provide training to end-users • Involve UAT with business users • Ensure ITSM tickets are resolved in an orderly timeframe

Requirements

Technical • At least 4-5 years of experience in related field • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field Skills & Competence: • Be proficient with IT technology, especially software applications, and good knowledge of ERP, SQL Server & 4GL Languages • Able to design process flow by using Visio Software • Good working knowledge of MS Office particularly advance excel Interpersonal • Capability to organize several tasks under pressure • Effective communication skills • Must be good in English Language • Must be a good team player • Self-motivated and teamwork-oriented
