The mission required for this job position (Khouzestan and Ilam oilfields):
● Administration of active directory, DNS, DHCP.
● Administration IT relevant requests.
● Troubleshoot windows-based servers issues.
● Troubleshoot client’s software, hardware, or network problem.
● Manage and troubleshoot accounts in AD, exchange server, and Skype for business.
● Troubleshoot local network and client connection issues.
Requirements
● Have experience with Windows Servers.
● Have experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and practical services in Windows Server-Side.
● Have experience with Antivirus, Antispam, and Antimalware.
● Have basic knowledge about networks in LAN and WAN.
● Familiarity with Server Virtualization (VMware vSphere).
● Familiar with Popular Application Support.
● Have experience with Windows 7 and 10 and Support Client.
● Familiarity with the ticketing system and managing requests and issues.
● Familiarity with system and network monitoring systems.
● Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
● Fluent in English.
