We’re responsible for maintaining all our information systems, servers, networks, and security programs. To ensure an optimized and improved workflow for our colleagues, we install new hardware and software. We perform troubleshooting to address any issues with the systems and provide solutions. To secure against possible cyber attacks and security threats, we maintain the internal IT infrastructure and keep it updated. The role: As an IT Administrator, you'll handle routine backups and updates and monitor our IT infrastructure. You’ll analyze our IT systems consistently to determine if existing components meet the company's needs; if not, you’ll update, upgrade, or replace them. With your strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, you’ll anticipate and devise solutions for IT-related issues to ensure continuous connectivity across the company. You'll also conduct periodic audits of critical IT systems such as IT assets and access. Challenges: ● Manage, deploy, and secure our hybrid network to ensure continuous agility and seamless transitions between the IT environments. ● Plan and execute effective strategies for bolstering the security of our IT infrastructure and systems. ● Set up multi-Linux services to ensure the smooth operations of our network in different offices across the globe. ● Drive integrations between systems and services to increase productivity, efficiency, and security and recommend alternatives to redundant systems. ● Establish and maintain the best IT practices and security standards while staying up to date with the latest tools and developments.
