Job Description

IHIT - Sales and Marketing Specialist: ● Discover new markets and opportunities that align with IHIT's growth strategy. ● Build IHIT's brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling IHIT's solutions by leveraging a value-selling approach. ● Provide high-quality outbound outreach to prospective customers by phone, email, Linkedin, and other channels. ● Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads. ● Conduct virtual presentations and sales demos with prospects. ● Collaborate with customer success and product development groups to ensure the customer receives maximum value throughout the lifecycle. ● Establish and maintain a relationship with customers to grow accounts and expand the customer base. ● Log activities and pipeline progression to our CRM system.

Requirements

● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Advanced level of Persian. ● An intermediate level of Turkish is a plus. ● A self-driven organized entrepreneurial spirit. ● Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision. ● Experience with Microsoft Office. ● Sales experience in a B2B service provider company. ● Obsession with ensuring customer satisfaction. ● Knowledge of Turkey's innovation ecosystem. ● Experience in Zoho and Didar CRM and LinkedIn sales and marketing tools is a plus.
