Job Description

● Provide application and technical support to all departments for different information systems. ● Assist in coordinating information systems technical activities with 3rd Parties towards seamlessly implementing change and formulating change requests to the newly implemented template solution. ● Maintain up-to-date documentation as a reference point for the team. ● User support and problem-solving related to all systems. ● Create testing scenarios, recording test results and related data for all IS projects or changes. ● Learn and research new technologies to suit needs and requirements. ● Create a Power BI dashboard regarding defined KPIs.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably, in Computer Engineering (Software), or Industrial Engineering. ● At least 3 years of relevant work experience. ● Working experience in a software company is an advantage. ● Experience in ERP implementation projects. ● Familiarity with FMCG, the pharmaceutical industry, and process documentation will be an advantage. ● Experience in each business process will be an advantage (finance, management accounting, sales, logistics, material management, procurement, and human resource management). ● Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
