Job Description

- Providing application and technical support to all department for different information Systems. - Monitor the SAP S4/HANA application suite, analyses reports from the system or third parties and follow defined processes to solve the problem or escalate it. - Assist in coordinating information systems technical activities with 3rd Parties towards seamlessly implementing change and formulating change requests to the newly implemented template solution - Maintain up to date documentation - User support and problem solving related to all System - Create testing scenarios, recording of test results and related data for all IS projects or changes - Carry out and coordinate testing for all system changes/functional & UAT testing. - Learn and being able to research new technologies to suit needs and requirements
