Job Description
The objective of the role: We are looking for an energetic and active force IS. Someone who has the ability to support organization software, applications, and websites. List of responsibilities: ● Support websites and resolve the issues. ● Support and test Software and resolve the issues. ● Analyze users’ requirements to define business objectives. ● Ensure application designs conform with business goals. ● Develop technical designs for application development. ● Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging. ● Develop documentation to help users. ● Transform requirements to suppliers. ● Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review. ● Report to the IS/IT Senior Manager. ● Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday from 08:30 to 17:30; Wednesday from 08:30 to16:30. ● Travel requirements: No.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, IT Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant fields. ● 4 years of experience in software support. ● C# and JavaScript programming skills. ● Good knowledge of SQL. ● Familiar with ASP.Net. ● Familiar with Web App Design principle. ● Excellent listening and effective communications skills. ● Strong customer relationship skills. ● Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. ● Strong computer skills. ● Ability to remain in contact with the client through the completion of the incident. ● Good technical troubleshooting skills. ● Willing to learn application functionality in depth.
