Job Description

● Provide various services to corporate subscribers and help customers to configure their internal network and set up the service. ● Provide solution, installation, configuration, and problem-solving of various radio links in the unlicensed band. ● Provide internal wireless network solutions to corporate customers (design, installation, configuration, and problem-solving). ● Optimize the links and equipment used based on network changes and reduce the risk of links. ● Check and implement new services on the used equipment. ● Standardize P2P links according to the regulations of the radio regulatory organization. ● Responsible for leadership and training of lower-level engineers. ● Ensure compliance with infrastructure standards. ● Implement research technologies, and evaluate the work of the support technician. ● Undertake other duties with capability as directed by management. ● Conduct or participate in user requirements gathering and documentation. ● Manage vendors and contractors to get requirements done well. ● Participate in process improvements in the group. ● Manage and prioritize a backlog according to business value, complexity, and expectations.
