Job Description

Objective of the role: We have an opening for a talented and hands-on Investment Manager to join our team in Harkat aval Firm (venture capital of Hamrah-e-aval) In this position, the Manager should be alert about paradigms shifts and be market-oriented, he/she need to be able to research, gather and analyze industries data, received proposals and pitch decks, Investment Manager will responsible to hold Investment-Committees to evaluate and Finalize choices. A manager in this position should have the ability to realize the opportunities in business and with his/her financial skills manager express the startup’s valuation, market cap, and business analysis. We need someone who is able to seek the best opportunities in Iran Entrepreneurship Ecosystem. The investment manager is the person who is responsible for managing the process of investment and Exit strategy. List of responsibilities: ● Identify and screen investment opportunities in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Iran. ● Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. ● Preparing and compiling a startups evaluation report. ● Financial forecasting and Startups’ valuation. ● Ability to negotiate and drafting investment contracts. ● Make and implication Exit Strategies. ● Reporting to: Deputy Minister of Investment Manager. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9 AM - 5 PM.
