Job Description
- Performing preliminary due diligence, financial modeling of client companies, developing valuations and preparing relevant business valuation documentation - Examine & assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies - Prepare business plan and term sheets - Makes decisions about financial and investment opportunities on behalf of clients - Meets with an investment team to stay up-to-date about market situations and company decisions that may impact one another - Transferring world-class know/how to his team - Being customer focused and gather customer needs properly and standing accountable for delivering best result
Requirements
- At least 3 years relevant experience as an Investment Manager preferably in a VC - Academic background in finance from a leading university - A strong foundation/understanding of financial statement analysis (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statements and business planning - Expert in Microsoft office suite specially Excel - A proven track record of effectively and strategically negotiating complex financial transactions and knowing company valuation techniques - Proficiency in oral & written English, as much of the work will be conducted in English - Acceptable experience of team building and people management
