Job Description

• Evaluating investment and financing structures, including venture capital fund, private equity fund, direct investment, and other SPVs. • Performing technical research on venture capital stage investments and industry. • Performing all stages of the venture investment evaluation and execution process, including valuation, due diligence, investment recommendations. • Preparing internal documentation, including investment memos and presentations • Evaluating the financial impact of strategic decisions across the company and turn those insights into actionable results. • Having background in derivatives and the financial industry and understanding exchange market instruments. • Participate in weekly investment meetings to discuss research findings • Travel to conferences or company presentations when necessary
