Job Description

Iran Warehouse is a new warehouse company offering storage and logistics solutions to international and large Iranian companies. This is a full-time opportunity working in a warehouse environment using the computer for record keeping. DUTIES: - The job will require working with spreadsheets, data entry of 100's of transactions. These entries will be going into various systems (proprietary systems to be taught on the job) - Performs system entries to maintain inventory and bin accuracy - Controls inventory accuracy; taking cycle counts, resolves inventory discrepancies and makes necessary adjustments to correct inventory discrepancies. Prepares reports based on findings or corrections - Answers questions in person, on phone and email with regard to inventory availability and delivery - Audit warehouse locations especially problem inbound/outbound staging locations. - Performs special projects or other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager or Operations Manager

Requirements

- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point. - Expert skill with Excel (pivot tables and simple formulas) - Ability to research, think critically, analyze, prioritize, take initiative, problem solve, and work under pressure to meet critical deadlines needed - Technical skills include documentation skills and time management. - Interact effectively with all levels of management - Ability to understand customer and staff needs, and respond in a proactive, courteous, professional and efficient manner using tact, diplomacy, and discretion - Ability to multi-task and work in pursuit of operational goals - Must be willing to work overtime at short notice - Able to use fax, phones, and printers and other office equipment necessary for day-to-day responsibilities - Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. - Able to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information.
