Job Description

- Provide VoIP monitoring, incident response and reporting problems (24/7) - Administrate and troubleshoot VoIP infrastructures in case of incident - Document and communicate on cases from inception to resolution, including root cause analysis - Maintain quality service by following organization standards. - Configuration and keep the VoIP system Operational

Requirements

- University degree in IT or computer engineering (software or hardware engineering) - Must have good understanding of TCP/IP and network fundamentals - Adequate familiarity with FreePBX, Elastix and softswitch - Adequate familiarity with MikroTik (MTCNA and MTCRE Certifications will be a plus) - At least two years of relevant experience. - Ability to constantly build up skillset using a mix of self-motivated and course-based learning environment - Ability to work independently, proactively to see the big picture and work through solutions as needed and set priorities in a high pressure environment - Strong communication skills - Fluent in English - Rotational Shift-work - Ideal age range: between 18 to 30 years - Based in Tehran
