Objective: International Ticket Sales Main responsibilities: Interaction with passengers. Answering passengers. - Provide quality customer service in person and over the phone. - Interact positively and communicate effectively internally with ticketing staff, GM, marketing, ticketing providers, and tour managers as needed. - Create, complete, and manage accurate and timely reports, including daily ticket counts as needed. - Create, maintain, modify, and manage all ticketed events in a computerized environment. - Ticket processing and mailing. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Director of Ticketing or other management.
