Job Description

•Main Objective: To work as a Roaming Engineer. •Main Responsibilities: - Understand, use and mange roaming related documents -IREG tests preparation and execution as per business defined -Test Scheduling with Roaming Partners -Follow up test SIM card matters -Coordinate roaming package transfer procedures -Check and update relevant databases -Provide 2nd line maintenance, troubleshooting and related reporting on roaming -Perform roaming tests (IR24, IR32, IR35, IR50 and IR60) for different technologies, implement and debug the roaming configuration -Execute Work orders and assist IREG operations with regards to roaming on the network -Troubleshooting -Implement, operate and maintain roaming related platforms. Troubleshooting inbound and outbound roamers problems -Help billing team regarding TADIG -Reporting to: Roaming Senior Manager/Roaming Manager/Roaming team leader -Working Hours: Saturday - Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 16:45 p.m.
