Job Description

-Coordination and handling of all international commercial affairs such as inquiries, sourcing, order obtaining, corresponding and monitoring orders process with suppliers -Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Invoice to delivery -Prepare purchase orders and review requisitions for goods -Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history -Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices -Document control, and make sure all required information and documents are in place -Reporting to: Procurement Manager Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 17:00

Requirements

-B.A in commercial / Software Engineering or MBA -Minimum 4 years of experience in international purchasing -Excellent written, oral communications and negotiation skills -Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial procedures -Ability to manage time and meet deadlines -Knowledge of Microsoft office and the internet -Self organized and motivated -Gender preference: Female -Desired time to start the work: ASAP -Must be fluent in English -Ideal age: 25-39
