Job Description
Objective: - International sourcing for oil & gas equipment based on assigned categories - Vendor evaluation for AVL - Follow and issue LOI with potential vendors - Receiving material requirements from engineering department and quoting vendors - Managing and expediting technical and commercial evaluations - Placing purchase orders - Managing package delivery including inspections, logistics, and custom clearance and so on. Report to: - Procurement Manager - Duration: permanent position - Desired start date: ASAP - Probation: 2 Months - Working hours: Sat to Wed 8:00 - 17:00 - Travel requirements: occasional
Requirements
University qualifications: -BS / Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Instrument Engineering, Industrial Management, Metallurgy Engineering Other certifications: -Relevant courses / Training on International Business or MBA Previous experience: -5 years in none related Industry -2 - 3 years in related Industry (Oil & Gas) Specialist knowledge: -Incoterms , Iranian Customs Regulations , International Banking compliance and Regulations , International Shipping and Forwarding , ICDL Computer Skills, Quality control in industrial environment Other skills: -High social, team working, and negotiation skills -Ideal Age Range: 25-35 years old -Nationality Preference: Iranian -Language Skills: -Fluency in English (R/W/S) -Current Residence: Tehran - Iran
