Job Description

- Searching for proper suppliers from all over the country regularly - Prepare purchase orders and review requisition for goods - Negotiating for price, service, and quality - Receiving, checking, confirming, registering invoices - Following bank procedures for payments - Developing sales forecasts and planning annual import - Checking on warehouses and factory raw material reports daily - Maintain good relationship with other companies to build longterm cooperation - Arranging for local shipments (trucking, vessel, etc.) - Preparing required documents for clearance agents at customs - Arranging local transportation to the factory - Checking probable problems with suppliers


University Qualifications: Bachelor degree or Master's degree in Commercial Engineering or other related fields from a Public University Previous Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the field of purchase management Soft Skills and Personality Traits: - Be motivated and energetic, and responsible - Have strong team working abilities - Work very well under pressure - Be able to lead and develop a team - Have effective negotiation skills - Have communication skills - Strong organizational skills
