Job Description

● Receiving and classifying all the purchase orders and prioritizing them according to the budget. ● Identifying the best price and supplier. ● Controlling the purchased materials based on the quality, number, and other specifications mentioned in the purchase order. ● Coordinating with the logistic department to deliver the materials on time. ● Preparing the required reports on the purchasing activities. ● Developing an up-to-date database of the suppliers.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Business Management. ● Minimum 3 years of experience. ● Familiar with the relevant market and suppliers and expert in procurement practices. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Adaptability and resilience. ● Stress management skills. ● Good communication, and negotiation skills. ● Fluent in Excel.
