Job Description
The Internal Procurement Specialist is responsible for purchasing process of indirect material and services, providing monthly purchase reports, managing suppliers, and payment process.
● Find new sources based on business requirements.
● Supplier evaluation.
● Receive purchase or service requests.
● Bid and negotiate to achieve the best value.
● Contract and finalize agreements.
● Follow up on quality issues and other claims.
● Follow up on invoices and payments and suppliers' financial issues.
● Analyze and report the supply risks, on-time deliveries, savings, etc.
