Job Description
— Establish and manage Procurement policy and procedures — Control purchasing department budgets, funds and working capital — Holding tenders — Follow up of all administrative and financial details of purchased materials until their delivery to warehouse — Categorizing suppliers and assessing them — Budget, plan and analyze procurement costs — Work closely with finance department for forecasting required cash flow
Requirements
— 5+ years’ experience in procurement and purchasing — At least Bachelor’s Degree in related fields — Complex problem solving and judgment and decision making — Outstanding communication and negotiation skills — Outstanding organizational and time management skills — The minimum age limit is 30 years and the maximum is 40
