Job Description

•Main Objective: General Manager need assistant to follow daily jobs •Main Responsibilities: -Office Administration -Day to day diary management, managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes) of CEO -Analyze incoming and outgoing communication, submissions, reports, prepare and co-ordinate the preparation, submission of summary briefs and reports to the related person -Organizing meetings and event management as required -Make travel arrangements (visa, ticket, hotel reservation) for CEO if needed -Assisting in the preparation of presentations -Preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way -Preparing and handling letters in Farsi and English -Reporting to: CEO -Working hours: 9:00 a.m. - 17 p.m. -Length of Probation Period: 1 Month. -Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable -Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Negotiable

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree is required -Between 3-5 years of experience as similar position -Excellent time management -Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines if required -Being very precise, responsible, punctual, respectful -Above average skills with Adobe programs (Photoshop) Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) -Understanding and willingness to support the work duties -Ability to follow up multiple tasks within deadlines -Excellent communication skills in English -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
