POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Head Office; Tehran; Iran Company: Nestlé Full-time. POSITION SUMMARY ● Co-pilot to all business functions to design/implement/sustain required internal controls, optimize the business processes, safeguard controls/assets and ensure compliance with Nestlé requirements. A DAY IN THE LIFE … ● Conducting internal controls checks in order to review and assess through Nestlé Iran units (Head Office, Factories, Distribution Centers, Sales Offices, etc.) for: • The existence and effectiveness of internal controls. • The reliability and integrity of financial and operational information. • The compliance with Nestlé policies, instructions, and guidelines, as well as local laws. • The control over and efficient use of company resources and assets. ● Identifying control gaps and control failures on time. ● Implementing COSO Internal Controls Framework. ● Conducting Test of Design and Test of Operating Effectiveness, including manual and automated controls. ● Following up remediation action plans and ensuring implementation on time. ● Updating the Risk Control Matrixes and flow charts of processes.
